Current turnaround time for orders placed at shows:
  • Hounds for the Holidays - most orders will ship no later than January 31, 2012. (Most orders have shipped.)
  • AKC Invitational - orders will ship no later than February 15, 2012. (Most orders have shipped.)
  • MMBC NADAC - orders will ship no later than February 15, 2012. (Most orders have shipped.)
  • NWGA/NSHG Obedience and Rally - orders will ship no later than February 29, 2012.

Current turnaround time for web orders:
  • Online orders placed before January 1 will ship no later than January 31. Custom collages may take 1-2 weeks longer.
  • Online orders placed between January 1 and January 13 will ship no later than February 15.
  • Online orders placed between January 14 and January 31 will ship no later than February 29.
  • Online orders placed between February 1 and February 29 will ship no later than March 19.

Please be assured that your order is in process and will ship as soon as possible. The dates listed above are shipping dates, not delivery dates. Please wait to contact me about a potentially missing order until two weeks from the expected shipping date.
