How to Select Photos for a Collage or Digital Package (including Podium photos)
These instructions apply to two types of orders:
- If you ordered a collage or a digital package at a show but did not pick the pictures when you placed the order, follow these steps to complete your order.
- If you need a podium or other photo (such as team relay) added to the package, follow these steps to complete your order.
Please note: the instructions are written for customers using a computer. If you are using a smaller digital device, the location of buttons and menus may be different, but the names will be the same.
1. Log into your account here on the website. If you do not have an account, use the Create Account link in the top right corner of the page to make an account. (This is not the same as the account you created at the event. They are two completely different databases.)
2. Navigate to the gallery of your dog's photos from the event. If you are adding podium or other photos, navigate to those galleries instead of the one under your dog's name.
3. Add the photos you would like for your collage or package to your Favorites. This is done by clicking on the "heart" icon.
4. Verify that you have selected all of the photos to complete your collage or package by clicking on Account --> Favorites from the menus in the upper right corner of the page.
5. Reply to the notification email you received asking you to select your photos and let Amy know that you have added your photos to your Favorites.
6. If you are requesting podium photos, Amy has to manually add them to your photo order, which may take a few hours to a few days, depending on what else is happening (travel, another show, etc). Please be patient and wait for her to email you back when the photos are added.
7. If the order was for a collage, Amy will send you an updated receipt for you to verify that everything is correct. Once that verification is completed, she will give you a general idea of when you can expect your completed order.
