Camera Gear for Birds and Wildlife
- DSLR or Mirrorless Camera - full frame or crop sensor
- Nikon 200-500mm, Canon 100-400mm or other telephoto zoom lens
- 64-128 GB total memory card space PER DAY or more
- Camera batteries and charger
- For kayak and boat trips, you must be able to handhold your gear
Camera Gear for Landscapes
- A full-frame DSLR Camera that can perform in Manual (M) Mode
- 64 GB memory card (or equivalent with multiple cards)
- A WIDE angle lens that is at least 24mm with an aperture of f/4 or faster is recommended.
- Tripod and ball head and the right plate on the camera to attach it to the tripod - test this before you leave home so you make sure you have all the right parts
- Filters if you have them - strongly recommended that you have at least one filter plus the holder to attach it to the lens. If you're not sure what to bring, please ask Amy.
